On Wednesday 25 September, we were visited at our university by Jesse Newman, director of NICS (Network of Christian Schools International). NICS has several Christian international schools worldwide.
During this visit, we discussed opportunities for our students to do internships at one of NICS' schools or possibly work at one of these schools for a shorter or longer period of time after their studies. We also shared with mr. Newman the story of Driestar Christian University for Teacher Education and the work we are doing since 1944.
During the students' break, Jesse Newman told several students the story of NICS and the work they do worldwide. The core of his story what he shared with the students: "Go in prayer with God and he will make clear what doors will open (or sometimes close) for you."
