Since 2018, Driestar Christian University for Teacher Education and the Hungarian Református Pedagógiai Intézet (RPI) have been organizing a five-day course for Hungarian school leaders of reformed schools under the title Value Driven Leadership.
Themes that are discussed relate to leadership (including value-driven leadership; essentials of Christian leadership) and management (including the relationship between finances and identity). For schools, related to the reformed synod, this course is mandatory. There is no course or training in Hungary specifically for school leaders of schools that want to offer Bible-truthful education.
It is really great that we can share our insights about Christian leadership with our Hungarian brothers and sisters in this way. And the other way round is also true: we learn a lot from them. So, a fruitful cooperation! May God give His blessings to this project.
